What’s New

Dona Bollard

This image is a black-and-white, silver gelatin photograph that I photographed in Taos, New Mexico, while driving back to Colorado from a recent trip to Santa Fe. I saw this beautiful black-and-white spotted horse and decided to stop and see if I could get close enough to get a decent image. As I was photographing him I noticed the heart on his back….”NO WAY!, I exclaimed to myself….this is a f—– a miracle!!”  I have been waiting for such an image to come to me for about a year now!

I feel completely blessed by spirit to have had the opportunity to photograph this beautiful horse with the iconic heart as a natural spot on his back! I am so excited about this image and this natural wonder! It has given me inspiration in my search for spirit in my work, and it confirms my love of being alive and being touched so profoundly by life. Thank you black-and-white “heart” spotted horse!!  I am eternally grateful to your beauty!

Travel safely!

I would like to thank you for sharing your talent and spirit in your pictures. I just received a beautiful picture from a dear friend and it is absolutely beautiful. I am honored to own some of your work.

I would love to purchase an 8×10 print of the spotted pony back with the heart. Just the print, no frame needed. Is it available for sale?
    Thanks

My husband and I are interested in selecting one of your photos for a specific location in our home. We were told we could view your photography online to find the photo that we liked best. I’ve searched this website, but did not find your photos. Please advise. We live in Boulder, CO. Cheers & Happy New Year, Jacquie (and Marc) Fedo

We saw your beautiful work at the Indian Market in Denver this past weekend. You had two large framed photos of an American Indian woman, in one of them she was holding a nest with turquoise eggs. Can you please tell me the cost for these? I do not see them on your website. Thank you.

      Hi Ann,
Sorry for the delay, I have been traveling.
The cost of the nest photo is $950.
The other one, deer clan, is $700.
If you would like them both I would charge $1500.
You can get back to me here, or Email me at spotted.pony@hotmail.com
Thank you for your interest, hope to hear from you.
